Liza Arts respects your privacy. This website does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or sell personal information.
Essential local storage
The site may use your browser’s local storage to remember your language, theme, cookie-notice choice, and editable artwork titles. This information stays on your device and is not sent to Liza Arts. You can remove it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser settings.
Contact information
If you contact the artist by email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or the contact form, your message and contact details are used to respond to your request. The contact form (name, email address, and message) and guestbook (name and note) are sent to FormSubmit for spam checks and email delivery to the artist. FormSubmit’s anti-spam checks can include Google reCAPTCHA, which may set Google’s _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis when used (see Google’s Privacy Policy). FormSubmit’s documentation says submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. Messages forwarded to the artist are also held in the artist's email account under the email provider's own retention settings. This site does not keep a separate submissions database. Media and downloads
Artwork images, music, and other files may be downloaded or shared when you choose those controls. Please respect the artist’s copyright and do not republish them without permission.
Analytics and third parties
No analytics service is active. The contact and guestbook forms use FormSubmit as described above. No payment processor or embedded media service is active; this policy will be updated before other third-party services are added.
Your choices
You may decline the optional cookie notice, clear local storage, or contact the artist to ask about personal information associated with your message. Essential site functionality may still use local storage.
